on Saturday, February 7th, 2015 at 2 PM Moscow time held at the Rector Building of Russian State Social University (RSSU) underway the signing of the General Agreement on Cooperation between the Russian State Social University (Russia) and Gunadarma University (Indonesia) conducted by RSSU Rector, Dr. Natalia Pochinok and Gunadarma University Rector, Prof. Dr Eko Sri Margianti, MM. Signing of Memorandum of Cooperation (MKS) was focus on cooperation in the field of Sports Chess witnessed DCM Embassy in Moscow as Charge d'Affaires Ad Interim and Secretary First Pensosbud Embassy in Moscow, several officials from both the University, Moscow Open Tournament Director, Mr. Alexander Kostyev and Campus media of RSSU.
MKS is a base of cooperation between the two universities in the development of sport chess, through the visits of chess coaches and referees, players exchange chess between the University, the exchange of training methods and materials, as well as organizing joint (joint hosting) chess competitions or workshops. MKS force since signed for 5 years.
Signing MKS done on the sidelines of the 11th International RSSU Chess Cup "Moscow Open 2015" held in RSSU since January 31 to February 8, 2015. Indonesia was represented by three students of Gunadarma University, namely Megaranto Susanto (Grand Master, rating 2549), Ali Muhammad Lutfi (Fide Master, rating 2404) and Irene Kharisma Sukandar (International Master, rating 2392).
At the closing ceremony of the tournament Moscow Open dated February 8, 2015 at 6 PM Moscow time. IM Irene Kharisma Sukandar defined as tournament champion G (Student-Grandmasters' Cup of RSSU for Women) after 9 chess students outperformed other women from Russia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Poland and Mongolia. Irene scored 7 1/2 (6 winners, 3 mussels, 0 lost). With this victory, Irene elo rating increased 18 points to 2410.
For a tournament (Men's Cup of Russia Stage) followed 246 chess players from 29 countries, the first rank is occupied by the Russian GM Ernesto Inarkiev (rating 2675) to point 8. Indonesian Man Chess GM Susanto Megaranto earn points 6 1/2 (4 wins, 5 mussels, 0 less) and is ranked 17, while FM Ali Muhammad Lutfi
ranked 146 with point 4 (2 wins, 4 mussels and 3 lost).
Moscow Open is Europe's largest chess championship. In organizing the 11th was followed 1624 participants from 29 countries, Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaiian, Bulgaria, Brazil, China, Spain, Hungary, France, Georgia, Greece, Indonesia, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, Mexico, Monggolia, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Ukraine, United States and Uzbekistan. Championship is divided into eight tournaments including the children who followed 715 participants.
Official Closure of Moscow Open 2015 chess championship was conducted by RSSU Rector, Dr. Natalia Pochinok who was accompanied by several officials of the Moscow City Department of Sports and the tournament sponsors also was attended by about 200 attendees including the mass media. Moscow Open Championship 12th will be held back in RSSU 2016.
