It begins with the signature of Memorandum of  Understanding (MOU) with Prof. Tov Assogbavi Laurentienne University Canada as the professor in economic subject as well as the Master Project Management program executive director. Conducting the dual degree for project management for master program is one of concrete activities from that MoU , other activity is research exchanging of S3 economic collegians.

Currently,  Universite du Quebec en Outaouais as one of Gunadarma University's partner proudly presents the Scientific Journal of Global Business Administration (JGBA)- has been published- which is one of the results of cooperation between four universities: Laurentienne University (Sudbury - Canada), de New York State University, Gunadarma University (Indonesia) and  Universite du Quebec en Outaouais (Canada).
