Thesis Defence of Doctoral in Economy: Edy Nursanta and Neltje Fintje Kaatuuk
Gunadarma University has held doctoral thesis defence in Economy on October 19, 2017 at Auditorium Gunadarma University, Depok and presenting promovendus Endy Nursanta and Neltje Fintje Katuuk.
The morning session of opportunity on promovendus Edy Nursanta with the title of his dissertation The Effect of Product Quality, Quality of Service, and Quality of Relationship on the Satisfaction of the Occupants, and Its Impact On The Inhabitant Loyalty: Empirical Study In Apartment On Jalan Margonda Raya Depok City
The result show that product quality, service quality, and relationship quality simultaneously affect the satisfaction of apartment occupants. partially, however, only the quality of relationships that affect the satisfaction of the in occupants of the apartmenent. Meanwhile, the satisfaction of the occupants affects the loyalty of the occupants of the apartment. Thus, it can be concluded that simultaneously product quality, service quality, and relationship quality affect the loyalty of the apartment residents throught the satisfaction of apartment occupants. However, partially, only the rlationship quality that affect the loyalty of apartment occupants through the satisfaction of the occupants of the apartment.
The second session present promovendus Netje Fintje Katuuk with her dissertation The Effects of Quality Perception, Brand Impression, and Trust on Brand Equity Through Switching Cost and Brand Loyalty on Retail Network in Depok. Based on the results of structural equation model analysis, brand impression has the greatest influence on switching cost compared with perception of quality and trust. Trust has the greatest effect on brand loyalty compared to brand loyalty compared to the effect of perceived quality and brand impressions. Switching cost and brand loyalty affect brand equity, while brand loyalty has the greatest effect on brand equity compared to switching costs. Perceptions of quality, brand impression and trust affect brand equity indirectly through switching costs and brand loyalty. Trust has the greatest impact on brand equity compared to the perception of quality and brand impression.
Based on the results of the Senate meeting, promovendus Edy Nursanta promoted by Prof. Dr. Didin Mukodim, SE., MM and D. H Ambo Sakka, SE., MM as co-promoters and promovendus Neltje Fintje Katuuk, both of whom passed with Honor. Dr. Edy Nursanta and Dr. Neltje Fintje Katuuk are the 99th and 99th Doctor of Economy in Gunadarma University. Expected from the results of these study can contribute and benefit theoretically.
