Promovenda Yusye Milawaty promoted by Prof. Dr. Suryo Guritno, MStat with co-promoters Toto Sugiharto, Ir, MSc, PhD dissertation entitled "Effect of Information Quality, Credibility Resources, Consumer Involvement, homophily and Ethics eWOM Against eWOM credibility and its Impact on Brand Attitudes Through Adoption eWOM: A Case Study on Online Consumer Forum Review" explained results of the study showed that simultaneously quality of information, credibility of the source, consumer engagement, homophily, and eWOM ethics affect credibility of eWOM. Partially, however, only information quality, source credibility, homophily, and eWOM ethics that affect eWOM credibility. It is also found that eWOM credibility affects eWOM adoption and eWOM adoption affects brand attitudes. Accordingly, it can be concluded that indirectly information quality, source credibility, homophily, and eWOM ethics affect brand attitude through eWOM credibility and eWOM adoption. Quality of information is found as the most dominant variable influencing brand attitudes, followed by homophily, eWOM ethics, and source credibility.
